I spearheaded strategic service design initiatives, launching new offerings like Work From Home (WFH) solutions, COVID response services, and return-to-work programs. I also drove digital marketing efforts, increasing web traffic by 30% and MQLs by 50%. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in experience design, visioning, and journey mapping, leading key projects such as $10M+ RFP responses and the launch of a new workplace services ecosystem and brand.
