I ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers across multicultural and bilingual environments. Key responsibilities: > Recruitment Coordination: Organize and coordinate recruitment processes for various tech roles, especially QA, aligning with business needs and timelines.
> Interview Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of remote and on-site interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
> Technical Interview Support: Prepare and deliver interview materials for candidates and interviewers, including technical assessments and role-specific guidelines.
> ATS Configuration: Build and customize modules in the ATS to structure each selection process with clarity, consistency, and traceability.
> Interviewer Qualification: Approve trained interviewers to conduct technical and behavioral assessments, ensuring high standards in candidate evaluation.
> Data Accuracy & Metrics: Maintain clean and accurate data in the ATS to support team KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
> Process Optimization: Identify and suggest improvements in workflows, documentation, and reporting tools used by the Talent Coordination Team.
> Onboarding & Mentorship: Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices, shadowing, and ongoing guidance. Tools: Greenhouse (ATS), ModernLoop, Ashby, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Salesforce, Google Workspace and Servicenow.
