Internal Process/Renewal Operations Management Process SME: Creating official company documentation used as guideline to achieve proper deal booking accuracy, data quality and consequently opportunity/deal management, accomplishing forecast accuracy, revenue recognition, employee compensation and used for training purposes. Opportunity management is crucial for reflecting companies growth, as well as preventing false increase in revenue and false attrition. Developed and made enhancement to current policy and processes, thus solidifying more efficient and streamline processes. Tools used: proprietary tools, advanced excel, soft coding.
