Jul. 2022Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. As part of the Renewal Operations team we ensure the retention of $26B+ in AOV on our path to $50B and beyond. Renewals improve the customer experience by improving and expanding the ways our customers can renew with us, focusing on a dynamic renewal process and leverage business insights to maximize the potential and maximize optimum outcomes. . Attrition (loss) validation and forecasting: validate attrition in revenue the company incurs each month, by applying knowledge of the companies subscription based recurring revenue model, product provisioning and opportunity management principles, working in conjunction with the Finance Department. Ensure company revenue is recorded accurately minding impact upon compensation of employees and metrics that are made available as a public traded company. Ensure deal accuracy and efficiency by fostering Opportunities, Contracts, Orders and Quotes. Ensuring that internal opportunity management records reflect the proper bookings between and across the different teams. Ensuring accurate forecast numbers that we publicly report to WallStreet. Internal Process/Renewal Operations Management Process SME: Creating official company documentation used as guideline to achieve proper deal booking accuracy, data quality and consequently opportunity/deal management, accomplishing forecast accuracy, revenue recognition, employee compensation and used for training purposes. Opportunity management is crucial for reflecting companies growth, as well as preventing false increase in revenue and false attrition. Developed and made enhancement to current policy and processes, thus solidifying more efficient and streamline processes. Tools used: proprietary tools, advanced excel, soft coding.
