I'm a Product Design, UI/UX Manager based in Hanoi, with over 12 years of living and working experience in the city. I have about 8 years of experience in in-house product teams and freelance projects, covering a range of design challenges from early MVPs to complex banking platforms. Currently, I lead the UI/UX team at TNEX, which is Vietnam's first digital-only bank, where I have been for over 5 years. My focus is on making UI/UX intuitive and impactful. I have a deep love for aesthetics and a sharp eye for detail as a UI designer. As a UX engineer, I believe that simplicity, directly solving the user's problem, is key to improving the experience. I find joy in creating products that look good, solve real problems, spark emotion, and earn user trust.
