Improve the customers acquisition and lead generation methods by applying Search Engine Marketing concepts including SEO and SEA to drive growing traffic to our website and any other digital channels. Drive operational excellence by interpreting and analyzing critical digital marketing KPIs, measuring performance efficiency and act in order to meet country/cluster targets for performance improvement. Lead a local network of software houses, digital marketing agencies and internal marketing professionals in an effective Local Digital Marketing Council to develop and execute local digital marketing campaigns, activities, software projects, web applications, social media applications, and mobile applications. Supports Business Analysts, Scrum Master and Delivery Managers on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development. Provide guidance to development team in performing build automation and configuration management. Accountable that deliverables meet quality requirements as specified by the relevant quality system. Communication with users and suppliers to suggest improvements and optimizations. Connect with the global digital marketing network teams (digital services, Information Technology, Development Team, digital business and e-commerce team) to build and deploy local digital marketing programs, as well as local e-commerce capabilities and solutions.
