Different ecosystem configurations of #MaaS (Mobility as a service) arise worldwide, but there is no clear and structured definition of MaaS, or a systematisation of "What are the enabling policies to its successful implementation". Therefore the research question proposed by this thesis concerns the "proposal of a public policy framework that creates the enabling conditions and supports MaaS implementation"
