Jan. 2015ColombiaI lead the design and implementation of educational programs that strengthen the relationship between people, nature, and their territories. I coordinate pedagogical design, curriculum development, and capacity-building processes for teachers, youth, and community leaders, using Nature-Based Education and Regenerative Leadership methodologies. I also support training processes in ecotourism, sustainable tourism, and regenerative tourism.
I participate in the co-creation of projects with public institutions, NGOs, and international cooperation partners, including the Colombian Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, National Natural Parks of Colombia, Fundación Luker, WWF, the British Embassy, USAID, the Darwin Initiative, and UK PACT.
Through these initiatives, I work with Indigenous, Afro-descendant, and rural communities, school networks, and tourism communities, strengthening local capacities, promoting territorial stewardship, and supporting conservation, sustainability, and community wellbeing initiatives.
