Develop and implement marketing and promotion plan based on the broader company objectives. 3. Lead a dynamic marketing team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve targets. 4. Oversee the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including traditional advertising, digital marketing, and experiential marketing activities. 5. Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and distribution strategies. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product differentiation. 7. Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. 8. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, agencies, and industry partners. 9. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the FMCG sector, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. 10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing practices, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
