Nov. 2002 - Aug. 2009Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United StatesAs a senior designer at AgencyNet, I had the privilege of not only being AgencyNet's very first hired member, but also working with esteemed clients such as Bacardi, Grey Goose, Warner Bros, Ford, Sony, Howard Stern, Bill Clinton, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Pencils of Promise, and Universal Music Group. Over the course of 8 years, I witnessed remarkable growth, starting with just 3 individuals in a small office to a thriving team of 45 members housed in a three-story building. During this time, AgencyNet was recognized as "one of the hottest digital agencies around" by Advertising Age, and our work was honored with over 130 awards, including an Interactive Emmy, FWA, Cannes Lion, SXSW's Best in Show, and The Webby. This recognition attests to the exceptional quality and impact of our projects, and being part of this journey provided me with invaluable insights into the inner workings of a fully-fledged digital agency, from its inception to its expansion. It was a remarkable experience that honed my skills and further deepened my understanding of the digital creative industry.
