Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team members to create content for case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts, and sales tools that facilitate the selling and thought leadership process Acted as the product lead on product launch and sunset initiatives including responsibility for creating and ensuring execution of the related communication plan
Assisted Product Managers and Sr. Directors in preparing multimedia presentations for customers, channel partners, policy makers, national and regional conferences, and Board of Directors
Supported Sr. Product Manager and Sr. Directors as needed with market definition, pricing, SWOT analyses, business model canvases, and menus of services
