Benefits, processing of all medical aid applications, add new members onto the provident fund, management and overseeing utilisation of all other employee related benefits, ensuring FCTG is keeping up with market and industry trends regarding employee benefits. Payroll Administration, conduct general payroll administration and recons, general payroll and leave queries, conduct weekly claim runs and main payrun when needed.
