Ability to follow precise and complete procedures for support, system documentation and issue tracking; Good sense and instincts in decision making; Projects delivered: Rollout of the company's new datacenter, Tier III; Physical and logical migration to the new datacenter; Cleaning and optimization of the diesel tanks of the DC generators without downtime; Replacement of damaged condensers of the air conditioning system in the vault room; Project to eliminate the technical rooms in the region with the use of Cisco Meraki appliance.
