I am a senior people and talent professional with over a decade of experience spanning talent acquisition, talent development, HR leadership, and organizational culture, primarily in international tech and consulting environments. I hold a PhD from the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, where my research focused on online learning, communication, collaboration, and instructional design, alongside a Master’s degree in teaching English to adults and a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles including Head of HR, Talent Acquisition and Culture Manager, Talent Development Manager, and Director of Operations, leading end-to-end people strategies across scaling organizations. My work has combined strategic HR leadership with hands-on delivery in areas such as workforce planning, leadership development, learning programs, organizational design, and employee experience. I bring a strong analytical and academic foundation together with practical, business-oriented experience, and I am particularly skilled at translating complex organizational and human challenges into clear, structured, and sustainable solutions across both corporate and educational contexts.
