I’m an ESG and Sustainability Consultant focused on energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprint with a dual Master degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning and 10+ years of experience managing investment and real estate projects in the banking sector. Also I am licensed energy efficiency auditor fluent in English, Spanish and German. My expertise lies in integrating sustainability principles into real estate portfolios — improving energy efficiency, introducing renewable energy systems and reducing the carbon footprint of all building types. I help companies and organizations: - Develop or review their ESG strategies and policies; - Conduct energy efficiency assessments and recommend sustainable improvements; - Prepare ESG or sustainability reports (in line with EU taxonomy, GRI, or CSRD); - Implement carbon reduction initiatives and renewable energy solutions; - Advise on sustainable building design and renovation projects. All my work is aligned and standardized with European Union regulations on sustainability reporting, building efficiency, energy usage and green investment frameworks.
