I am a commercially driven marketing and operations professional with over 15 years of experience supporting business growth through strategic marketing, revenue optimisation, and operational leadership. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with founders and senior leadership teams to identify performance gaps, implement scalable systems, and improve profitability across multiple industries including marketing, property operations, and facilities management. My experience spans both marketing strategy and operational management. I have led end-to-end marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, offer positioning, and conversion-driven messaging across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
