Lead all aspects of a change management programs: Analysis, design, and implementation in leading companies in the Israeli market: Philips Medical, Gilat Satellites, Diplomat, Haargaz, IAEC, Paz, Tadiran Systems, Tadiran Spectralink. Projects – the following projects include all the stages of BRP, ERP and change management in the various organizations, and outline the specific modules, departments and procedures accordingly. In addition, the projects also included the financial aspects of change management, from budget assessment to risk and impact analyses.
