I as founder have 30 years experience in design, completing projects across the globe.
I am a qualified project manager, and manage all projects that I take on.
As part of my service, I provide for all projects a synopsis of the project brief, highlighting the key elements.
I prepare a concept design, followed by detailed design, based on comments from the concept.
I then provide full tender packages including all plans, elevations, details, schedules and specifications, followed by tender management and analysis.
My projects have ranged in budget from €100,000 to €40m.
