- Expanded the Design System with collaborative governance across Design and Engineering, improving consistency and development efficiency.
- Partnered closely with the CEO, CPO, Product and Engineering Managers to align strategy, vision and execution.
- Established operating models that increased predictability, visibility and alignment across squads, reducing rework and strengthening delivery capability.
