Responsible for general administration and efficient operation of the Chamber. • Undertook a major overhaul of the Secretariat to bring it up to speed and comparable to other Chambers of Commerce globally. • Grew the Chamber’s revenue by about 65% in the course of 2 years and declared a surplus after 3 consecutive years of declaring losses. • Increased member engagement through the creation of value added membership benefits which lead to increased member recruitment and retention in addition to a 39% improvement in membership subscription collection. Prepared the Chamber for the rigorous British Chambers of Commerce Global Accreditation.
