Managed the design and implementation of the new organizational structure with cross-functional teams and consultants. 2012 Transformation: Empowered regional areas and supported the shift to an end-to-end digital business model. 2016 Strategic Review: Aligned the Digital, Marketing, and Sales functions and redefined the roles of IT, Network, and Finance. Human Capital Strategy: Developed and executed Telkomsel’s Human Capital Strategy, translating corporate goals into actionable HR solutions focused on talent supply, leadership development, and building a high-performance workforce. HR Transformation & Recognition: Telkomsel’s HR transformation was recognized with the ACES Award (Top 5 Best Asian Companies to Work For), Indonesia HR Excellence Award 2014 (HR Transformation & People Development), and Universum Global’s Top 5 Best Company for Friendly Working Environment. Human Capital Policy Development: Led the development of HR policies in Reward Management and the Exit System, aligning with corporate strategy and industry standards.
