Aug. 2018 - Oct. 2018BangladeshI was on the Sales and Marketing team. I handled the efficiency and quality of the customer care and their questionnaire. I also took part in the company's promotional stall at an event, showcasing the company's product. I went with my seniors on a market visit to meet wholesalers, retailers, and some customers to get their opinions on the product. I also had the chance to visit the company's bottling plant in Mongla, in the Khulna division of Bangladesh. There, I studied the whole process of how the ship docked on the company's Jetty to refuel the plant, and also how the LPG fuel was then transferred to the empty bottles that the wholesalers sent for refuelling, and the time it took from unloading the truck to refilling the bottle and then loading it back to the truck. I also gained an understanding of the technical processes of the pumps and pipelines used for LPG, as well as the safety precautions they took to protect workers and employees from explosions or accidents. I also wrote information that was to be put on the company's homepage website.
