New Look also own a 300 store fashion chain in France called Mim. Responsible for external recruitment communications/employer branding (www.newlookcareers.co.uk). Management of external recruitment partner relationships. E-Recruitment solutions is a key interest. Formulated and implemented direct sourcing strategy utilising e-recruitment solutions, professional & social networks. Recruited for all business units (HR, IT, Buying, Merchandising, Design, E-Commerce, Property, Finance, Marketing, etc). Managed store recruitment until mid 2008 (600+ stores via 2 Recruitment Officers). Recruited up to Director level. Key Achievements: Created and communicated the Employer Brand via production of careers site. 2nd generation site incorporated social media feeds allowing instant communication with potential candidates. Developed and implemented a social media strategy. Reduced time to hire from 12.3wks to 6.2wks for all HO roles. Renegotiated PSL terms with cost savings of £125k in one year. Full budget responsibility - achieved a 56% spend reduction. Procurement & Implementation of new ATS solutions (Vurv & Taleo).
