Formulated and implemented direct sourcing strategy utilising “e-recruitment” solutions, professional & social networks. Recruited for all business units (HR, IT, Buying, Merchandising, Design, E-Commerce, Property, Finance, Marketing, etc). Managed store recruitment until mid 2008 (600+ stores via 2 Recruitment Officers). Recruited up to Director level. Key Achievements: Created and communicated the Employer Brand via production of careers site. 2nd generation site incorporated social media feeds allowing instant communication with potential candidates. Developed and implemented a social media strategy. Reduced time to hire from 12.3wks to 6.2wks for all HO roles. Renegotiated PSL terms with cost savings of £125k in one year.
