Sep. 2019Yokohama, Kanagawa, JapanWorking closely with our OEM, Tier 1 and other customers in Japan to provide technical support and service for ~300 AB Dynamics systems around the country. Job includes technical discussions about product/quality issues with customers, providing advice on ADAS and Vehicle Dynamics test setups and data analysis, on-site training for both new and experienced customers, and management of the Technical Support team in Japan. Frequently work with sales team to provide technical specifications for quotations and take part in sales meeting with customers to explain the benefits of AB Dynamics' products and services.
