• Support major company-wide and team specific change projects
• Lead the defined implementation of country-specific projects such as the change management of organisational restructures, new team development, operational effectiveness and cultural change.
• Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including stakeholder and communication plans, impact management plans and training plans.
• Identify potential risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
• Coach and guide senior leader and project sponsors in relation to specific projects and interventions.
• Build leader/manager capabilities in people management, feedback, and coaching Talent Management
• Partner with business units in designing, measuring and executing appropriate talent management solutions • Ensure that talent deliverables are executed in an efficient and professional manner, in line with Global strategy
• Coach and partner with senior leaders in the identification, development, motivation and retention of top talent
• Provide end to end succession planning support and consulting services to the business
• Plan and execute exciting employee engagements to market the company’s EVP and Talent Strategy • Upskill employees and Line Managers on Talent Management and Career Pathing Culture & Employee Experience
• Create and maintain a library of material to market our irresistible culture internally and externally
• Create and promote staff engagements geared at cultivating inspirational leadership culture
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in creating a culture that makes SDSA a great place to work
• Create excitement and take employees along on the Future of Work journey through various initiatives
• Empower Line Managers to own and adequately execute their role in employee experience
