Main achievements: During the 10 years of business, the NGO has proved itself as an effective and professional organisation. Both railway companies and national institutions strongly take the NGO into account. In 2007, we won both national competitions, which were organised by the Estonian Railway Inspectorate, on informing about railway safety. In addition to that, our other project about the same subject that was submitted to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications was also successful. Additional information: In April 2008, the organisation was the first NGO in Estonia to get an ISO 9001-2004 quality management certificate. I am very pleased to have had the chance to give my input to this.

Main achievements: Under my leadership, the visual identity of the company has been remodeled, starting with business cards and finishing with locomotives. The annual report I made, won the first prize as a non-listed company in a competition on annual books, organized by Äripäev. Estonian Railways' and the Port of Tallinn's joint cubicle for the fair, won the first prize in TransRossija 2003 (an international transport fair) – I was part of the creating process.
