Jan. 2014 - Jun. 2016Brisbane, AustraliaI provided strategic advice to leaders across the organisation, predominantly for the Executive General Manager Bank Distribution and their direct reports including Regional Managers, Operations and Sales Leadership Team. I designed leadership and professional development programs, team days, offsites and other learning solutions. Key Achievement: I led a working group of representatives from across Suncorp Bank to design a new culture model that celebrated who we were and who we wanted to be. I facilitated a series of workshops that explored the core values, characteristics and attributes of Suncorp Bank culture, and led to the creation of 13 statements that were voted on by over 300 Business Leaders from across the Bank, which resulted in the final eight value statements. My role included project management, facilitation, coordination of workshops, designing artefacts, stakeholder management, and collating feedback. Responsibilities: • Compiling training needs analysis, capability plans, talent reviews, development pathways, team days, strategic workforce plans, and business development. • Designing a service catalogue for team days and off sites and facilitating. • Co-lead on the Bank Culture Project that brought together a project team that defined 'how we do things around here’ for Suncorp Bank. • Advisor on Diversity & Inclusion programs and activities • Led Strategic Workforce Planning workshops
