Just four months in the role, I oversaw brands that included: Coinbase, Dropbox Tylenol, NerdWallet, SoFi, Uber, Walmart and Grammarly. As part of my responsibilities, I served as the day-to-day point of contact and pre-sales consultant to clients to provide vertical strategy and execution expertise along with data analysis to support recommendations. I also served as DEI lead (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) for BrandConnect in order to bring awareness to key cultural moments throughout the year including events, speaker series, trainings, etc. Additionally, I led high touch brand partnership campaigns, 360-campaigns, and promotions with 3rd parties such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter by providing direction and oversight, including managing client feedback and problem-solving through the execution process. In this role, I executed 20+ campaigns totaling $12M in revenue including both paid and organic campaigns, hired 100+ creators, and maintained an average creator customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 9.6/10 through developing strong relationships within each partnership. I also executed BrandConnect’s first ambassadorship campaign for a large retailer and exceeded expected view count by 108% above goal at 4M views by securing 13 creators to commit to three video deliverables over the span of three months.
