Installation, Administration and Maintenance: Coordinate the installation and maintenance of all ICT hardware and software. Ensure uninterrupted and effective ICT services to the office. Install and support LAN/WAN and data communications systems. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair ICT equipment. Perform server backup of data files, maintain disaster recovery procedures, maintain security of the ICT infrastructure, inventory of ICT equipment and software. Administer software and updates, liaise with other UN agencies and external partners on ICT matters where necessary. Reporting: Report monthly on informatics equipment inventory, weekly unit activity, ISP performance, network and gateway performance. User and Administrative Support: Primary Helpdesk Support for the country, handling all tickets on ServiceNow platform. Provide in-house training/assistance to staff on usage of equipment (computer accessories), programs (software); Assist in the implementation of database applications and other computer programs; Coordinate the activities of external consultants, setup Video-Teleconferencing for small and large hybrid gatherings, and perform other duties as assign.
