Autonomic Nervous System Research FoundationBehavioural Science and Strategy Lead
Mar. 2021 - Oct. 2024London, England, United KingdomLed research and strategy at a foundation exploring how early-life adversity shapes resilience, mindset, and behaviour, with a focus on applying insights to health systems and product innovation. Behavioural research leadership: investigated stress responses, habit formation, reframing techniques, and perseverance drivers, translating findings into practical frameworks for behaviour change. Applied behavioural science to strategy: operationalised NEAR (neuro-epigenetic and autonomic regulation) research within public health contexts, overcoming barriers such as health database architecture. Stakeholder & board engagement: secured partnerships with researchers, policymakers, and UHNW donors; recruited board members to align strategy with long-term sustainability. Data & tools development: designed data-capture tools to track behavioural patterns and resilience, enabling actionable insights for policy and program design. This role honed my ability to bridge behavioural science and strategy, making complex research usable in applied settings — skills I now apply to product strategy, user research, and scalable behaviour-driven design.
