- Mentoring 4 PnC Specialists and 1 PnC Associate
- Monitoring process and execution of Office Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Employer Branding - Responsible on recruitment process for all positions (Fulltime & Internship)
- Coordinate with Managers/Top Management in term of hiring purposes - Preparing, arranging, and negotiating salary package with leaders and management for prospective new employees
- Conduct salary offering and negotiation with selected candidates
- Attending User Interview Sessions for all Junior staff
- Senior staff positions - Conducting one on one sessions (counseling) with employees
- Conducting one-on-one session after probation period with employees
- Reviewing and act as approval line of Topremit LinkedIn contents
- Build workload analysis sheet and system from scratch
- Build Job analysis sheet and policy
- Conducting Job Analysis and Workload Analysis
- Review, evaluate, and improve Hiring Process based on business needs
- Actively facilitate and provide strategic solutions to meet recruitment needs
- Conducting interview preparation training for all new senior staffs/ anyone involved in interview session
- Preparing and engaging with leaders on manpower planning
- Engage with universities, preparing for topics and materials for campus visit and campus hiring.
