I work on expanding our client base, exploring new markets, and executing strategies that strengthen our presence and competitiveness in the logistics sector. • Key responsibilities & impact: - Own go-to-market and pipeline for target verticals; manage the full sales cycle end-to-end (prospecting → discovery → solution design → negotiation → contract). - Design tailored logistics solutions (sea/air; FCL/LCL; customs; insurance; door-to-door) aligned to client SLAs, reliability, and cost targets. - Build and negotiate proposals with carriers/agents to raise win rate and competitiveness while protecting margins through disciplined pricing. - Standardize processes and KPIs to increase visibility, strengthen risk controls, and lift on-time performance and customer satisfaction. - Partner with Finance & Operations to forecast demand, set lane-level pricing, and monitor profitability by client, lane, and service. - Grow accounts via cross-sell/upsell playbooks and QBRs, translating operational results into clear business value.
