Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define campaign goals, target demographics, and scripting strategies. Set up call flows, scripts, KPIs, and lead qualification criteria tailored to the solar energy market. 2. Team Management Supervise team leads and outbound agents assigned to the solar campaign. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of agents, ensuring familiarity with solar panel products, energy savings, and compliance rules. Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to maintain high team efficiency and morale. 3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track daily/weekly campaign metrics (e.g., call volume, contact rate, lead conversions, appointment sets). Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or underperforming areas and implement corrective strategies. Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders or upper management. 4. Lead Management Ensure accurate handling, distribution, and tracking of leads across CRM systems or lead management platforms. Coordinate with solar sales consultants or field technicians to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Maintain lead data integrity and monitor follow-up processes. 5. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all calling practices align with relevant compliance regulations (e.g., TCPA, DNC rules, energy rebates eligibility). Implement call monitoring and quality control procedures to maintain professional and ethical standards. Address escalations and customer complaints promptly and constructively.
