Designing hiring frameworks that identify the right roles, attract the right people, and build scalable teams. In practice, I turn the “founder doing everything” model into a business that runs on repeatable systems. The result: time freed up for the founder, less chaos behind the scenes, and a platform ready for the next stage of revenue growth.
