Apr. 2015 - Feb. 2018Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, NigeriaNSCIP was a multi-donor-funded project meant to integrate the supply chains of major public health programs, including malaria, tuberculosis, vaccines, reproductive health, and HIV. I was responsible for managing the Global Fund (GFATM) grant and supervising implementing partners (IPs) responsible for implementation. My responsibilities included the development of project strategies and work plans, the development of budgets, supervising implementation, evaluating project performance, and approving the release of funds to implementing partners from the Global Fund. I also supported the design and establishment of an integrated logistics management information system (LMIS) for HIV, tuberculosis, vaccines, malaria, and reproductive health commodities. Part of my responsibilities was providing leadership for and supervising about 72 consultants engaged and working within the LMCU/LMIS workstream of the project
