From the early planning stages to reopening our doors, it’s been an incredible journey and a true team effort.
Highlights I’m especially proud of:
• A £5m transformation of the hotel while honouring its heritage
• Launching of our “Coorie” luxury retreat concept rooted in nature, warmth and Scottish hospitality
• 32 beautifully designed rooms and suites, including dog-friendly options
• A new food & drink experience
• Recognition with Green Tourism Gold and Boutique Hotel of the Year 2025
• Hosting a visit from the First Minister earlier this year (2025)
Most rewarding of all, our guest feedback which consistently rated the hotel as Exceptional across service, comfort and facilities.
