It is my personal duty as chief executive officer to ensure that students receive the best possible education, that we meet the needs of our constituents and the community, and that we facilitate personal growth through evaluation and communication. I provide vision and leadership for a diverse, dynamic and innovative community of faculty, staff and students -- year-round management, participation and development of all instructional, student, and/or support services. I am involved in the hiring process of management, faculty and classified staff for all programs. With program faculty, staff, and other administrators, I oversee the preparation of the class schedules, catalogs, brochures and other printed or electronic materials for all programs. I am intimately involved in the continued evaluation and improvement of the college's instructional, student, and/or support services programs. I enhance communication and cooperation among the members of the college and interpret and analyze appropriate laws, policies, rules and procedures to determine impact on assigned instructional or student services or programs. We continue to facilitate strong relationships between clients, students, faculty, staff, as well as outside organizations, such as grant foundations, external educational organizations, always mitigating difficult client situations and helping to maximize project revenues. My vow - that I continue to connect people in meaningful ways, that I lead by example, maintain the fiscal wealth of the institution, and that I propagate the success of all our constituents.

I made it my mission to help traditional Chinese medicine. I established and led project teams in creating educational programs, websites, grants, self-studies, network infrastructure, white papers, policies, PR materials, administrative manuals, advertising collateral, video PAs, and graphics and html/WordPress. I established the Academy's Title IV and Veterans benefits programs using EDExpress, COD, EDConnect, and VA ONCE. Currently I manage the Academy's (IHL) administrative and faculty team of 60, developing student educational programs, and overseeing every facet of IHL administration, including program of study, fiscal solvency, financial aid, and fundraising. I coordinate student relations, evaluate risk-management strategy, oversee grievance protocol, faculty meetings, student council, and resolve student issues while overseeing admissions administration processes and outreach. I research, compile, and report yearly to ED, IPEDS, ACAOM, BPPE, EZ-Audit, SFSAC, Campus Security, and USCIS for foreign students and keep the institution current on all laws, rules, and regulations related to IHL administration. I publish all institutional materials including catalogs and policies and oversee operations related to prospective and current student databases, edit, and publish marketing documentation, advertisements, and website HTML/social media. I am a member of the Financial Planning Committee, report only to the president, and aid in the development of institutional budgets and its five-year plan.
