Resulted in increasing the retention rate by 17% over a 2-year period. • Curated and led team in the implementation and training of HRIS as part of the talent management strategy to streamline the hiring process, improve the candidate experience, drive impact, and increase the quality of hires within our operations. Provide subject matter expertise relative to HRIS system processes, data automation and reporting. • Presided over a 33% internal morale boost. This improved forecasting, identified ordering patterns for budget purposes, gained insight on supply expenses, and reduced expenses by identifying waste.
