Wore the hats of a Technical Project Manager, Lead Developer and CMS Admin to be able to launch the website in such a short time. - Monitored the team's progress and provided regular updates to management and other stakeholders, while also identifying and escalating issues and blockers that were hindering the team's progress and growth. Achieved this using setting processes for Onboarding (30-60-90s, buddy system) and regular 1:1s post successful onboarding and assimilation of the individual in the team. I also mentored my team on Agile and Xtreme Programming Practices and curated Learning paths and courses for them to uplift their skills. - Organized Guild Retrospectives to look back on our achievements and failfasts and brainstorm on a roadmap for the guild together. Used the guild roadmap to define team and individual OKRs, - Used Data Driven methodologies to identify and measure Key Performance indicators. This included collecting data from various platforms such as Github, JIRA, Slack, collating, and then creating dashboards for better tracking and reporting. - Was a key contributor in the behemoth effort of expanding the frontend guild from 3 to 13, which included me personally screening and interviewing approximately 30 React native developers, and 15 react developers for the team.
