• Led the Integration Management Office (IMO) for two logistics operators across 120+ facilities and 4,000+ employees, overseeing 35 consultants across 10+ functional workstreams (Strategy, Commercial, HC, Operations, Finance, Shared Services, Legal, Tax, GRC, Digital) Selected projects include (but not limited to):
• Delivered GCC-wide land transport market assessment, identifying multimodal (road–rail–freight) initiatives to enhance logistics connectivity and shape investment priorities
• Directed strategic reviews for national transport authorities, improving service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across traffic management and registration centers (+15% efficiency)
• Delivered a fleet renewal strategy for a major marine services provider in the UAE (~48 vessels)
