Oct. 2012 - May. 2015Guinea• Run the steps/tasks of the operation procedures for monitoring system activities and procedures • Assist IN supervisor in projects execution and impact analysis • Assist in configuration and testing of all services that will be deployed on the live systems • Run the steps/tasks related to the configuration/implementation of services and Prepaid tariff management • In relation with the external vendors to resolve all IN issues reported by tickets and based on the SLA • Ensure that the backups policy is followed as well • Monitor systems’ availability, reliability, performance and support Key Performance Indicators (KPI). • IN Monthly report preparation and reconciliation • Perform the daily monitoring of IN service logic and service behaviour including analysis, reporting service fault/irregularities and propose solution to fix them. • Has major and continuing interface with the systems vendors. • Has major and continuing interface with the IN team regarding systems’ integration and incidents’ management. • Has major and continuing interface with the Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, and Technical divisions regarding business requirements. • Able to identify, analyze and report outliers and fraudulent records. • Able to analyze and report System Faults along with solution propositions. • Capable of integrating Applications Services/Solutions within the available Applications System resources/features.
