Talent Hat | Fractional Chief Talent Officer I help founders, CEOs and executive teams bring clarity to talent, culture and leadership challenges that sit beneath performance issues. Most organisations don’t struggle because they lack capability. They struggle because growth, change or investment has outpaced clarity around expectations, behaviours and ways of working. My work focuses on diagnosing what is really going on and turning that insight into practical, executable action. I work as a fractional Chief Talent Officer and advisor to scaling businesses, mid sized corporates and PE-backed organisations. This includes rapid diagnostics, leadership and culture strategy, operating model design and talent risk reviews for investors. Before founding Talent Hat, I spent my career working with complex organisations on large scale people and transformation challenges. I now bring that experience into high growth and high change environments to help leaders avoid common mistakes and move forward with confidence. I’m particularly useful where there is growth, restructuring, post-investment pressure or a sense that “something isn’t quite working”, but the root cause isn’t obvious.
