Project Manager Strategic Business Partner, requirements attention, End user projects for the Planning and Financial Management Sub-Director, cross-sectional monitoring of technology needs including its control and execution budget of Technology, investments in Technology sub-areas, Risks, Accounting, Planning, Budget, Costs under SAP platforms and Legacy Systems.IT Project Manager, attention to requirements and / or user projects for the Digital Transformation program and projects of the Credit and Insurance, Subsidy, Loyalty, Corporate Relations, Human Management units, Sales Management.
Customer Demand Management, attention to requirements, End User Projects for the areas of Management and Financial Planning that support Process, Risk, Accounting, Credit and Insurance Subareas, planning, budget, Costs, under SAP platforms and Systems Legacies.
Software Factory Coordinator SAP and Administration of requirements at budget level and follow-up of requirements for continuous improvement of software applications, validate their prioritization and coordination with the Applications team. Coordination of a team of Requirement Managers of 7 people.

• Evaluation, planning, and monitoring of initiatives in coordination with the PMO and evolving business and technical requirements.
• Support project management activities by coordinating IT work teams for organizational projects and programs, evaluating vendors and technological contracting processes, including support and maintenance agreements, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation projects.
• Coordinate and manage requirements within the SAP Factory, handling 5–10 monthly medium/high‑complexity requests. Oversee 3rd‑level support, stabilization of SAP support processes, and execution of the 2nd‑level support transition plan. SAP modules involved include FI, MM, SD, PSCD, Education, CRM, PI, and BW.
• Serve as SAP Software Factory Coordinator, managing requirements at the budget level and tracking continuous improvement initiatives for software applications, ensuring proper prioritization and coordination with the Applications Team.
• Collections Management Project – Individual/Business Credit: Led the RFP supplier selection process and initiated analysis and design phases for the Adminfo platform.
• Corporate CRM Project: Implemented standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM processes for Presales (Opportunities/Offers), successfully deploying the solution across five Business Units.
• Digital Credit and Insurance Project: Implemented new digital sales channels for both front‑end and back‑end operations; led to the completion of the RFI process for Credit and preparation of the RFP.
• Human Resources Strengthening Project: Conducted analysis of extended Kactus modules, contract management processes, pre‑selection and recruitment workflows, and contract modifications. Explored Kactus, Microsoft Talent, and AI‑based platforms for mass CV uploading and applicant self‑service chatbots.
• Software Factory Project: Executed the Demand Management Plan, overseeing incidents and requirements across the entire technology ecosystem.
• Collections Management Project – Business Portfolio: Analyzed and evaluated functionalities for implementing Collections Management in SAP; led requirement gathering and RFP development with vendor selection.
• Corporate Indicators Project: Assessed technological platforms for corporate indicator management for the Planning area, performing technical analysis of data warehouse tools and pre‑selecting vendors; Power BI was selected for 2019 implementation.
• Implementation Project Management under the SAP platform for the cashier family compensation, supported under the fronts of Finance, Planning, Wholesale Sales, Subsidy and Data Warehouses integrated with SAP CRM Customer Management, SAP PI, SAP ERP under IFRS scheme. Personnel in charge 5 directs and 10 to 15 indirect people, process management Continuous improvement of the SAP tool such as SAP Evolution, ABAP Development, Software Factory Management. Evaluation, planning, execution and implementation of projects, budgetary management.
• IFRS Implementation Program: Management of the transition stage of the Program to the operation of the document certification phase with 5 dependents.
• Closing of Exchange / Stabilization Controls IFRS Implementation Program for SAP ERP fronts in FI-GL, FM, MM modules, for a total of 20 requirements in ABAP configuration and development scheme, Datawarehouse BW IFRS 127 comprehensive tests Reports, external factory management ( 5 to 10 consultants).
• Phase 2 Project - Subsidy Front: Implementation of 27 Subsidy functionalities in the SAP ERP system for PSCD, FICA, CRM modules, 77 Reports in BW, project management with a team of 5 internal resources / 5 external consultants.
• Integral Card - Balance Control Project - Subsidy Front: Implementation of 10 ABAP developments for integral card management, with a work team of 8 people. Contract Management Project - Current functionality adjustments between 15 requirements and adjustments to reports, with a team of 5 people.
• Cash Management / BPM Project - Implementation of integrations with SAP vs Legacy, 15 integrations via web services for BPM, 10 Integrations for Cash Management, total work team 5 people.
