Coach staff on how to add value for the customer, instilling in them the knowledge and confidence to deliver against customers` needs. • Lead the development and implementation of the Branch Strategy, aligned to Area, Regional, Retail and Group Strategy, to increase company`s profile and grow our customer database. • Lead and ensure effectiveness of our key business models, local market planning, sales excellence and best practice relationship management. Lead and manage organizational change in the Branch so employees foster and implement change initiatives in line with Retail • Monitor and proactively manage credit management risk information in a manner that fulfils the business strategic goals while complying with standards related to risk management. • Managing and developing a team to fill their potential and enable them to meet and exceed • Ensure the success of marketing strategy objectives and goals exceed • Conduct B2C and sales training for newly arrived personnel to deliver sales growth • Update CRM with sales progress and provide precise KPI reports
