Together with the development, business, and ground-infrastructure teams, we then transformed this concept into a real, production-ready product. Throughout the project, I conducted user interviews with drivers, engineers, and the marketing team to deeply understand user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. All insights were carefully analyzed and translated into clear UX concepts, user flows, and interactive prototypes, which were iteratively implemented into the application for both drivers and charging-site owners.
