My specific tasks included extracting data from databases, improving database structures, and handling bug fixes and maintenance development. Customer Service User Search System Development (Jun 2015 – Sep 2015) Working in a team of 8, I developed a system aimed at improving the efficiency of customer service operations. I was responsible for implementing inquiry recording functions and flexible, customized search tools. New Business Infrastructure Support (Feb 2015 – May 2015) I was responsible for supporting the infrastructure of a new business (a cloud-based DMP equipped with a corporate/brand fan site construction system) at Japan's largest social marketing company. As part of a 2-person team, I implemented major user interface functions such as search tools, inquiry forms, and notification features. Business Intelligence (BI) System Development (Sep 2014 – Jan 2015) In a 2-person team, I developed a BI system aimed at data analysis and utilization. I implemented data visualization functions, export capabilities for analysis results (Excel and PDF downloads), data search functions, and email notification features. YouTube Official Channel Fan Acquisition Support System (Apr 2014 – Aug 2014) I developed a system designed to support fan acquisition for official YouTube channels. Working in a team of 2, I was responsible for module design and implementation.
