I am a pharmacist with over six years of experience across hospital, clinical, and community pharmacy settings. My clinical background includes specialisation in acute medicine, with a particular focus on COPD management, where I practice as an independent prescriber, managing acute exacerbations and optimising patient care. Alongside my clinical work, I have contributed to pharmacy education through my role with the University of Manchester’s MPharm programme. This involved designing and developing hospital placement content, assessing students during clinical placements, and participating in admissions interviews for prospective MPharm students. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I supported clinical trials teams by assisting with the identification and enrolment of eligible patients into COVID-related research studies. In community pharmacy, I gained broad experience across multiple services and patient populations and am trained in the administration of both COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations. I am passionate about combining clinical excellence, education, and service development to improve patient outcomes and support the next generation of pharmacists
