In my current role, I am responsible for the strategy and delivery for all the marketing and communication at Conjunct. Deliverables include: - Develop and execute the marketing strategy and plan to deliver the overall organizational strategy. - Conceptualise, create and develop all the marketing communication across the work units for Conjunct – presentations, videos, social media posts, brochures, invites, posters, etc. - Conceptualise, deliver and track all the events – business development as well as engagement – for all stakeholders i.e. non-profit partners, volunteers, board and staff. - Conceptualise, create and disseminate all the content – blogs, case studies, etc – for Conjunct across platforms i.e. website, social media, blogs. - Support and create communication for all outreach and business development initiatives across all Conjunct verticals. - Scope, refine, manage and deliver new growth initiatives including new functions & special projects. - Forge new relationships to build visibility, impact, and financial resources -including relationships with government agencies, non-profit organisations, foundations and corporates. - Explore, apply and support any funding opportunities for Conjunct. - Ensure that there is consistency and clarity in all communication so the credibility and integrity of the brand is maintained. Highlights: Key achievements – Creation & execution of the Content Strategy - started the Conjunct Blog now at 30+ posts | Conceptualised and successfully run 12+ events for all stakeholder groups – Non-Profit Partners, Student + Professional Volunteers – with audience size varying from 30 to 130 | Migration of marketing communication to Hubspot | Supported all other functions of BD, HR, Project Management & execution leading to organisation development.
