As Treasurer, I manage an annual operating budget in excess of $1.2 million for the Project which includes developing the budget, managing collections, solicitation of services for the most competitive pricing and approval of bills, among other accounting functions. As Chair of the Architectural Committee, I evaluate recommend design, improvements and alterations to units as well as the project. I also oversee a professional team of architects, engineers, contractors that provide services to the project. As the Board's Legal Liaison, I interface with all of the Association attorneys on a direct basis and facilitate all legal issues on behalf of the Board.

I successfully managed the entitlement process and the entire development team which involved the selection and oversight of a number of real estate professionals, acquisition of the land, negotiating leases with national credit tenants, securing the equity and debt financing, preparing financial projections and proformas for construction.
