As Chair of the Architectural Committee, I evaluate recommend design, improvements and alterations to units as well as the project. I also oversee a professional team of architects, engineers, contractors that provide services to the project. As the Board's Legal Liaison, I interface with all of the Association attorneys on a direct basis and facilitate all legal issues on behalf of the Board.

I successfully managed the entitlement process and the entire development team which involved the selection and oversight of a number of real estate professionals, acquisition of the land, negotiating leases with national credit tenants, securing the equity and debt financing, preparing financial projections and proformas for construction.
