Dec. 2024Throughout more than twenty years of consulting, delivering, designing and selling; after many setbacks and stumbling paths that led me to some success stories and a couple of bankrupts; I found a new way to unify all my personalities, hats and skills into one concept. Through cooking with fire at the shore of a river, in a fancy kitchen or on the top of a mountain, I discovered that a bon fire brings us all back to a primitive, primary and basic state. We become simple human beings with very simple needs: to avoid troubles, to enjoy our time in whatever we try to be good at, help our team mates and make their and our lives easier, to pay the bills and above all, enjoy life. I learned and experienced that around cooking, in the wild, around a fire dome, amid trees and birds, at the back of a small garden or anywhere else, people forget about their taglines and positions, their hierarchies; they remove their ties and make up, to encounter the human behind all that. If you add consulting, the experience is far more enriching, productive and fulfilling than a cold meeting or workshop in a room surrounded by metal and glass. We buy from people with names and feelings; we listen to people we like and we sell to people we can bond with. Without having all that in mind, we are permanently loosing the opportunity to build a stronger connection and seize relationships from a human, more open perspective. Processes can be memorized, sales opportunities can be analyzed to the exhaustion, tools can be learned and mastered, but the only thing you get to know are people. Fuego Camiare combines all that into one practice: the practice of fostering real connections to expand ideas and possibilities between human beings.
