I have worked in the financial sector, through multiple divisions and roles for over 40 years, and have extensive experience in how and why the industry and it’s clients works. From product development, client engagement and service, systems development and workflow are intimately interconnected to make it seamless and efficient. However , understanding the personal, human integration is incredibly important. An organization’s staff is the lubricant in a well oiled machine. Though my experience and knowledge of how and why a business works, the importance of clients, it’s the staff’s skills, knowledge, attitudes that determine the level of a business’s success.
